Iggy’s
Iggy’s definitely tops the list. The restaurant was launched in 2004 at the Regent Hotel in Cuscaden Road and since then, it has won rave reviews from national and international press. Iggy’s has been named among the second best restaurant in Asia by the Miele Guide in 2010, ranked 28th in S. Pellegrino’s list of the 50 best restaurants in the world and in 2012, Miele Guide revised its list and put Iggy’s at the top spot. The food here is simply otherworldly, the ambiance here transports you to another stratum above the earth and the service is simply meticulous.
Shiraz
There is no flaw which you can find in Shiraz. Be it the interior décor of the restaurant, the perfectly flavored food or the hospitality, Shiraz ranks among the best of Singapore. The highlight of the restaurant is its Persian spread. Another highlight of the restaurant is the portion size. The quantity you get in one dish is huge compared to many other restaurants here. Les Amir

PS Café Palais
PS Café is a delight. The atmosphere here is very cheerful, friendly and welcoming. When you dine here, you can dine to your heart’s content just like you do at home because not only is the food very good, the ambiance is very homely and comfortable. Although it is an indoor restaurant located on the heart of Orchid Road mall, the restaurant looks like a garden with so many flowers, glass walls and indoor plants. The beautiful interiors complement the lovely food served here. In all, dining is Palais is a delightful experience.
Halia Restaurant
Halia is located in the Ginger Garden of Botanical Gardens of Singapore. The name of the restaurant translates to Ginger in Malay. By far, this is one of the most unique and enchanting restaurants of the country. Located amidst the greenest of surroundings and built in accordance with the natural land contours, Halia takes you far away from urban development. The full glass walls of the restaurant unite the indoors with the external greenery and create a cool and comfortable dining space. Huge old palm trees are the sentries at the gate of the restaurant. The food is quite good too.
Jaan par Andre
Jaan par Andre ranks 39th in the list of World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Located in the Swissotel, Jaan has beautiful interiors made up of silk and crystal chandeliers. The views from this 70th floor restaurant are simply awesome. The menu of the hotel sports some very rare dishes made with apple flower, black tomato, ice plant, land seaweed, Romanesco broccoli, white carrots and purple carrots. These vegetables are bought from native producers in different parts of the world. The desserts here are particularly rapturous.
