Temasek Polytechnic

One of the emergent polytechnic colleges of Singapore is Temasek Polytechnic Institute. The college was an initiative of Dr. Tony Tan and other members of the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore. Courses offered:

The College offers 52 full-time diploma courses and 40 part-time courses are offered to its students to pick from. The college has made special schools for different fields of study. Eligibility: The candidate must have appeared in the GCE O Level examinations of the previous/existing academic year. Foreign students registered to sit for the O-level examinations in the DPA admission exercise year of the can apply. Students outside Singapore enrolled in government, government-aided and independent schools may also apply.

Admissions: Admissions are based upon parameters like cut-off points, course intakes and aggregate computation. Applications may vary according to the courses selected. Successful applicants are notified through SMS service.

Awards and Scholarships:

The college has a list of available scholarship schemes for deserving students. The scholarships are available for students enrolled in all diploma courses but the diploma in Consumer Science & Technology course.
