The Ministry of Education (MOE) offers ASEAN Scholarships for nationals of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao P.D.R., Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.

Pre-University One
Scholarships for Brunei

Students from Brunei who wish to enter Singapore Junior Colleges at the Pre-University 1 level under the ASEAN Scholarships can apply for the Pre-University awards. Applicants must be nationals of Brunei, between 16 to 18 years of age and will have to take the SPM/GCE 'O' Level Examination and who have done consistently well in their school examination.

Pre-University One Scholarships for Malaysia

Students from Malaysia who wish to enter Singapore Junior Colleges at the Pre-University 1 level under the ASEAN Scholarships can apply for the Pre-University awards. Applicants must be nationals of Malaysia, between 16 to 18 years of age and will have to take SPM/GCE 'O' Level Examination and who have done consistently well in their school examination.

Pre-University One
Scholarships for Thailand

Students from Thailand who wish to enter Singapore Junior Colleges at the Pre-University 1 level under the ASEAN Scholarships can apply for the Pre-University awards. Applicants must be nationals of Thailand, between 16 to 18 years of age with Mathayom 4 or Mathayom 5 final year results with a Grade Point Average of 3. Proficiency in English and a good record of participation in extra-curricular activities would be an advantage.
