The prospectus in the Singapore American School consists of a 6 year program where the subjects and services undergo periodic renewal such that during the process of the 6 year cycle, there is advancement in the different fields of subjects regarding the syllabus and teaching norms. Community Service: The SAS is also responsible for organizing service clubs which aim at spreading awareness and working together for a better cause. Under the guidance of students, some of the predominant community clubs in SAS is SAVE (Students Against Violating Environment) who basically work for a greener future. Wish For Kids, Global Issues Network and Habitat for Peace etc are several other community clubs that have been established as a means of teaching the students leadership and harmony amongst one another and the world.
