The Ren Ci Hospital and Medicare Center aims to take utmost care of the patients. Most of them are received through referrals which come though medical social workers associated with acute hospitals. The hospital works at subsidized rates. Furthermore, depending on the patient financial status and socio-economic background the charges are levied. In general, the ward charges could be almost S$ 18 per day.

The services offered by the Ren Ci Hospital and Medicare Center are varied and elaborate. The provide pharmacy services, traditional Chinese Medicine, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, medical, psycho-social counseling and blood tests and other on site laboratory testing can be done.

The Code 4 Home Care Team is made up of doctors, nurses and a physiotherapist who ensure that the patient along with his family members can look after the patient in a better way at home also.

For senior citizens aged 55 years and above and residing at home with physical or mental disabilities and require frequent check ups and follow up can opt for the Domiciliary Care services. This service is usually given to people who live in the East Singapore or West Singapore. This is a chargeable service and the charges depend upon the socio economic status of the patient.
