| The passengers at the Singapore airport are made to move through the channels known as the Green Channel and the Red Channel. A passenger would come across these channels, at the custom section, at the only international airport, known as the Changi International Airport. At these two channels you are required to declare the dutiable goods. If you are well aware of the fact that you are carrying along with you, dutiable goods that have exceeded the duty free concession or prohibited goods then you need to go for custom clearance at the Red Channel.

In case you are not carrying prohibited goods or your items have not exceeded the duty/GST free concession, then you are allowed to pass through the Arrival Hall, through the other channel that is the Green Channel.
