Holland Village was under Holland-Bukit Timah Group Representation Constituency since 1997. Lim Swee Say represented as a Member of Parliament during that time. Holland Village came under the Tanjong Pagar Group Representation Constituency from 1997 to 2001. The constituency was led by Minister Lee Kuan Yew. Formed in 1991, Tanjong Pagar constituency achieved success in every nomination till 2001.

Holland Village came under the domain of Holland-Bukit Panjang Group Representation Constituency afterwards.
