The Images of Singapore, the sole wax museum in the city is located at the Imbiah Lookout in Sentosa near the Merlion and the Cable Car stop at the Sentosa. The Images of Singapore exhibits Singapore's history and culture with wax figurines and models. The Images of Singapore feature exhibitions on the Japanese Occupation, the discovery of Singapore by Sir Stamford Raffles and many other displays of the country. The Images of Singapore, first known as the Pioneer of Singapore and Surrender Chambers Museum was first unveiled in 1983.
