A unique world gourmet cuisine is served in all three classes of travel. Apart from serving outstanding food, the airline serves fine champagne, wines, and beverages. Ice cream is served on selected flights!

Book the Cook
If you wish to have something special cooked up, you can order your main course in advance with the exclusive Book the Cook service. This service is available for First and Raffles Class passengers and requests have to be made 24 hours before flight departure.
International Culinary Panel
To ensure that passengers enjoy the creative, high-quality inflight cuisine, the Airline has a panel of world acclaimed chefs who specially create the menus of world gourmet cuisine.
Similarly there is also a panel consisting of world-acclaimed wine consultants, who choose the wines that are served onboard.
Yummy
It's not fair to let adults have all the fun! So young travellers in First and Raffles Class are also allowed to select their main course, served with fruit-flavored drinks, candies, cookies, and yummy desserts. Requests have to be made 24 hours before flight departure.

Special Meal requests can be made in case of special diet, medical or religious reasons. Requests have to be made 24 hours before flight departure. The Airline offers:
