Majha Sikhs founded the Sri Guru Singh Sabha in 1918 at Queens Street. In 1932 they shifted to Wilkie Road and decided to build a new Gurdwara. They constructed a four-storey building, which is the Gurdwara Sahib. Its facilities include a prayer hall, langgar hall, kitchen and car park. In collaboration with the Khalsa Dharmak Sabha, the Guru Singh Sabha imparts religious education and conducts Punjabi classes.
