The animals are kept in spacious, landscaped enclosures, separated from the visitors by dry or wet moats. Leopards and jaguars are housed in beautifully landscaped glass-fronted enclosures.
The Zoo's Orang Utan breeding programme has created a large community of these gentle, endangered species. The Zoo organizes animal and tram rides, animal shows and also events like Wild Breakfast and Lunch with Lions.
