Special events were organized such as a countdown party, Chun Jie festivities and the Chingay Parade of DreamS among others. This year during the Chun Jie celebrations, visitors took part in the special Prosperity Lucky Dip, where prizes included free tickets to the Singapore Zoo, Duck and Hippo Tours and other attractions.
The festive street bazaar enthralls visitors to Chinatown with a dazzling array of festive goodies like waxed duck, barbecued sweet meats, cookies and New Year accessories.
