Bakerzin opened its first outlet in 1998 established by Daniel Tay, a man full of passion for pastry. Initially called Baker's Inn, the small patisserie limited itself to supplying French bread and pastries to distinguished hotels and restaurants. Since that time, it has established a reputation of being an authentic French bakery. Presently, its head office and central kitchen are located at:

Bakerzin offers its customers a wide range of choices in desserts tapas, soups, salad, appetizers, meals and beverages.
Some of the unusual desserts tapas include the Banana Pizza with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Ginger Jelly with Lychee Concasse. In the desserts section, you will find Coupe Cheesecake and Bakerzin's signature dessert- Warm Chocolate Cake.
