This S$6 million venture, which was undertaken by both the NTUC Income Cooperative Pte Ltd and Singapore Science Center, is a 3,000 sq-metre centre that includes facilities on 2 levels. The Snow Chamber provides ideal setting for snow boarding, snow tubing and skiing. Temperature in this room is constantly maintained at -5°C. There is also a snack counter and a changing area.

A snow party room is also offered for birthday parties and parents who wish to celebrate their children' birthday at the Snow City can make use of the Snowy Birthday Packages. For educational purposes, Snow City offers school and kiddy packages, enrichment programs and Winter Olympics.
