The building comprises 5 floors of shops and restaurants operated by Isetan, 12 floors of offices and the Lido Cineplex. The Cineplex was transformed from five to an eight-plex by 1997. Today, Lido is by far the most popular cinema on the island, accounting for the biggest share of the box office pie.

To take advantage of the growing e-commerce market, Internet ticketing was launched in December 2000. To complete the cinema going experience, a concessions arm - Movie Bites - was set up to operate cinema concessions.
