At-sunrice believes in creating culinary and sensory experiences for enjoyment and education. Special classes and workshops are organized for tourists and business travellers.
Culinary Adventure
An Adventure Chef will lead each group of Culinary Adventurers. Experts will give students a hands-on experience in the art of Asian cuisine and the opportunity to dine with a number of Singapore's most awarded chefs, in their own world-famous restaurants.
Quick Cooking for Dinner Parties
Students will be taught how to throw a perfect soiree with different dinner party themes. An inspirational walk is organized in the 10,000 square-foot tropical Spice Garden, filled with more than 100 varieties of herbs and spices. A Service Excellence instructor will teach the art of an aesthetic table and finally students can cook a 3-course dinner under the expert guidance of ethnic chefs.

Spice Garden Walk & Morning Gourmet
Students can enjoy a morning stroll through the tranquil garden; learn about the intricacies of spice and herb use in Asian cooking. A Cooking Demonstration with Tasting and hands-on-cooking by students will be conducted after the stroll.
Taste of Asia
This weeklong course will unravel ancient secrets of Asian Cooking. Students will gain an intimate understanding of the subtle yet distinct nuances of five different Asian Cuisine.
