Killiney Kopitiam

Located along the busy streets of Killiney Road, the existing shop front was founded in late 1919. It was a Hainanese kopitiam (coffee shop) that served well-brewed coffee and tea and traditional charcoal-grilled bread toast. Mr. Woon, a regular patron, loved it so much that in 1993, he bought the shop, renovated it and renamed it 'Killiney Kopitiam'.

For breakfast, customers have several options; from kampong eggs and bread toast (combination of bread, kaya and butter) to french toast accompanied by rich brewed coffee or tea.

Killiney's extensive menu makes it an ideal round-the-clock spot for any meal of the day. Local favorites such as laksa, Hainanese pork chop, Penang fried kway teow and mee siam and curry chicken are also on the menu.
