Night Life in Boat Quay & Clarke Quay



Boat Quay and Clarke Quay are two such places in Singapore which are dotted with restaurants and also pubs all across the place. Generally speaking, the common crowd mood here is a bit laid back. These places in Singapore are patronized by people who seriously frequent parties. The night life of these two places are quite happening and the people of Singapore lead a busy and amusing night life especially during weekends when they have a huge number of options to choose from to spend their night life.

There are a number of bars, pubs, discotheques and restaurants which are located evenly along the roads of Boat Quay and Clarke Quay.The most famous bar which is located at Boat Quay is Harry's Bar. Harry's Bar is often referred to as the best known jazz joint in the whole of Singapore. The more classic type of life jazz music is belted out at Harry's Bar.

Molly Malone's is another popular hangout venture for the tourists of Singapore as well as the localites. This is an Irish pub located in the heart of Singapore. In the year of 1996 this bar won the Newsweek International World's Best Bar. The décor of this pub is authentically Irish. The nearby Clarke Quay is another happening place in Singapore. In this place is situated the famous restaurant Brewerkz. The best IPA in town is churned out by none other than Brewerkz. The crowd out here is primarily the expatriate type.

The menu of this place consists of pizzas, American sized burgers and salads. The nearby Crazy Elephant would be a nice option if you are heading towards a strong blast of the blues. Live blues and rock n roll bands play at this place on a regular basis after 10 pm except on Mondays. The graffiti of this place makes for an amusing reading when the bands are taking out time for themselves.
