The enclosed, air-conditioned cabin at the top can comfortably accommodate 72 persons. The daily operations of the Sky Tower in Singapore are run by Melchers Project Management, the managing shareholder of Sky Tower Pte Ltd, which has developed the project. The construction of the Sky Tower is done by HUSS Maschinenfabrik of Bremen, Germany. The entire fabrication work was carried out within 6 months at HUSS's factory in Europe, while the construction of the Tower was completed in 12 weeks at Santosa.
