The Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) was formed in 1958. It was started as a training centre for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. Since its inception in 1958 it has taught over 30000 students from allover the world. It has three specialized schools which are :
School of Aviation Management
School of Air Traffic Services.School of Airport Emergency Services
Graduate and diploma courses and programmes are conducted by the academy with the help of reputed and prestigious national and international academic institutions on aviation.
Training programmes and courses for operational and top-level management are also employed to be at par with the needs and demands of the ever-growing aviation industry. These training sessions and programmes are developed and executed according to ICAO’s accepted standards and practices.
